AIM BIENNIAL GETS AN APP!

In collaboration with Collectrium, a New York-based arts technology startup, the Bronx Museum of the Arts has created a mobile app for Bronx Calling: The First AIM Biennial.

iPhone and iPad users can access the biennial app by downloading the ArtCapture app from the Apple app store.  Once downloaded, the user can browse works on view at the Bronx Museum and Wave Hill, as well as the five site-specific commissioned projects at Randall's Island as part of FLOW.11.

With ArtCapture, which is powered by Collectrium, the user can even take a photograph of a work of art at any of the three sites to instantly identify and learn more about the piece, and save and organize a group of favorites.  It's also easy to share favorites with friends on Twitter, Facebook and via email.

The First AIM Biennial App on Artcapture is powered by Collectrium, a technology company focused on bringing innovative and friendly technology to arts and culture world round.
